Moderation Status Indicators:
- Pending (orange) – Creative is under review.
- Approved (green) – Creative has been cleared for use.
- Rejected (red) – Creative requires modifications.
Important Notes:
- Creatives with Pending status can be added to campaigns but will not participate in auctions until approved.
- Upon completion of moderation, the system sends a notification with the outcome (approval/rejection).
- To view rejection details, hover over the information icon (i) next to the creative. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline creatives based on internal reasons without further explanation.
- For effective campaign planning, please note that the moderation process may take up to three business days.
